The patient was a 38-year-old Greek woman who had traveled from an area of northern Italy, said Sotiris Tsiodras, a representative of the Ministry of Health.
Greek authorities were on high alert following the alarming outbreak of the coronavirus in Italy, where as of Wednesday morning more than 300 cases and eleven deaths have been recorded.
