People living in Istanbul tried to cool off in the coastal areas due to the high temperatures on Wednesday.
The sweltering climate in the megacity led people to find cooler places such as parks and beaches. Some of them dived into the water as they were overwhelmed by the heat wave.
Some went to Caddebostan and Fenerbahçe coasts while others had picnics in shaded areas.
Üsküdar, Büyükçekmece, and Kartal were also other destinations for those who looked for cooling off on a hot day.
